Event entry fees

As a not-for-profit event , it is 100% run by passionate volunteers in our club and our community. This allows us to keep the registration fees reasonable to pay for our expenses, as well as to make a little bit to put towards the MSCLE Project.

Rather than padding our pockets with profits, we would rather let you have more money and put it towards joining a triathlon club ** so you can not only complete the TriMuskokan, but to have a super supportive experience before, during, and after the TriMuskokan.

We sell out every year, so don’t twiddle your thumbs too long.

Even if you don’t live in Huntsville, why not consider joining the trimuskoka triathlon club?

WHY? WELL, HERE IS WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN THE CLUB…

  • First of all, you get a membership for super low price of $90, and it expires in April of 2026! You can’t even get a gym membership for that!

  • All of the workouts, available to all club members are designed by Jessica Adam, a national level triathlon coach who has athletes from coast to coast to coast.

  • The workouts are scalable to your fitness level and your experience. Make it as hard or as easy as you want!

  • There is a year round schedule of workouts that you can join us in person or virtually, or you can follow the workouts on your own time!

  • Bike workouts:

    • All winter long: Join us three times a week for virtual workouts on Zoom and Zwift. Coach Jess makes the workouts and you upload it to Zwift, or you can just adjust manually on your bike trainer as she calls it out. During the workouts, you can sweat and laugh with a whole bunch of like minded individuals who range from beginners through to seasoned triathletes. The coach is there to answer questions, give you tips and technique advice, and all while everyone on zoom has fun supporting each other and chatting away.

    • During the summer, there are two bike 🚴‍♂️ workouts will be posted for you to do no matter where you are, or you can join us in person if you live in the area!

  • Run workouts:

    • Year round track workout: Each week you have one track workout to work on your speed and strength

      • You can do a steady run on your own as well every week.

  • Swim workout:

    • Year round swim workout: Every week, you will get one workout that Coach Jess has put together for our club members that you can do on your own schedule at your local pool.

**In addition to the $90 club fee, our members are required to pay a $44 Triathlon Ontario fee and $15 Triathlon Canada fee. So, it is still a great deal at $149 for the year!!!

**If you register with the club, you do not have to pay the $8 one day Triathlon Ontario race fee for our race, or any other race you do while you are an active member!

The athlete guide

To ensure you are uber prepared for the TriMuskokan, we put together a comprehensive athlete guide that rivals the athlete guide for the Ironman 70.3 Muskoka. There is no reason why you should show up without knowing everything.

We update this every year with new information that makes knowing what the build-up to the event, and the day of the event, looks like so you can be as informed and excited to drown out the “why the hell am I doing this!?” voice in your head.

This is an event for everyone. Regardless of skill. Regardless of fitness. Regardless of accomplishments. It is an event to prove to yourself that you are absolutely capable of anything.

Just to give you an idea and more details about the event, here is last year’s Athlete Guide. We update this annually!

Some other administrative mumbo jumbo

Cancellation Policy (Refunds and Transfers):  If you advise us before May 1st, you can elect to receive a refund. The refund will be processed by CCN and they will deduct an administration fee.

The only other option is to change your race category (e.g. you could change from Triathlon to Duathlon) but we can't do this on race day. Let us know as soon as possible but no later than 1 week prior to race day.

For logistical reasons, transfers of your race registration to another individual is not being offered. Also, deferrals are not being offered.

Relay Prices

Relay prices will be displayed as “per athlete” cost. This allows the Captain to register and pay for one person (himself/herself), two people or the whole team. Depending on how many people registered through the Captain’s log-in, the system will calculate the correct cost.

Registering for the event through CCN:

We are using CCN Bikes, the registration partner for Triathlon Ontario (TriOntario), for our TriMuskokan Online Registration. If you have not registered via CCN Bikes before, you will be prompted to create an account (it’s free) before you register. If you are already a member, you will be asked to Log In to the CCN site in order to access the TriMuskokan Online Registration.

You must have or purchase a 2026 TriOntario membership (annual or one-day) that extends to race day.

If you do not have one, you will be prompted by the TriOntario website to do this and add it to your cart (it’s all integrated). The TriOntario one-day fee, or annual membership, will be added to the prices below. For information about Triathlon Ontario memberships, please visit their membership page.

Shirts and Swag

If you register before May 1st, we guarantee that you will receive a commemorative swag. This is the date our swag order must be sent to our supplier in order to have them made. If you register after May 1st, we cannot guarantee that we will have swag for you. We will try our best, but we can’t guarantee.

  • A note about why we ask for your shirt size during registration: we are constantly looking for the best swag to give to our athletes. Sometimes that is a shirt. Sometimes it is a hoodie. Sometimes it is not a wearable item. But it is a heck of a lot easier to ask for your shirt size during registration right off the bat rather than going back and asking everyone after the fact. So, while you are asked for your shirt size, the swag is still a surprise! But rest assured, it will be awesome!!!

Are you ready to take the plunge and sign up for the TriMuskokan?

Have we convinced you yet? We sure hope so.

You won’t be disappointed! Double cross our hearts!
